We ask only for the documents a platform requires, and we use them only for that purpose.

The scope and price are agreed in writing after a free consultation. Pricing depends on your property type and the services you choose.
Payment terms, including any advance, are confirmed in writing before work begins.
You provide accurate information, photos and documents, and confirm you are authorised to list the property or business.
Results depend on many factors, including location, pricing, season, reviews and platform policies. We work to improve your visibility and bookings, but we do not guarantee specific bookings, revenue or rankings.
Listings are subject to each platform's approval and policies. Approval timing, fees and commissions are set by those platforms and are outside our control.
If an error is on our side, we will correct it at no extra charge.
Ongoing management can be ended as agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Rebstay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
